admin hell

another day of admin hell. we can't get an internet only package with the provider that has super quick fibre optics because... we have no American credit card. we can however go for the phone/internet package or the triple bundle of cable/internet/phone. I had to give up because it was driving me insane and I couldn't find a phone number anywhere, just the chat function with this guy who kept asking me, 'are you ready to purchase yet?' so annoying. the boy and I are also having cash flow problems still. we have a grand total of 110 dollars in the bank and my HSBC UK account was refusing to let me withdraw any cash out. I made a transfer but it won't get to us until Tuesday. fortunately my other account finally let me get cash out so I treated myself to a manicure. small things pep me up these days.
