The job hunt

I am going to London tomorrow for a 'chat' with a woman about work experience. It'll be for two weeks, possibly a wee bit longer, and will be a research post.

The job hunt is still going. I have good days and bad days. It sounds selfish, but I'm glad that I have someone doing it with me. Thanks, Paul. Whenever either of us is feeling low, the other gives a pep talk to the other one. It works quite well actually, though I'm hoping that we won't be in this situation for very long. I know that it is a question of time and that once I get a 'yes', it'll all happen really quickly; the job, the flat, the life, the friends, London. Until then though, it's a case of plodding on, keeping my chin up and trying not to get too fat.
