Packing and school

I said goodbye to my first school today. All the teachers except 1 walked me out to the front entrance. It was an awkward moment, worsened by the fact that I insisted on hugging each of them.

As I was driving out of the car park, the last teacher ran out in front of my car to say goodbye. I jumped out of the car and gave her a hug, too. Needless to say, it was fairly hairy driving down the hill through the blubbering fog.

I suck at packing.

I had three half-packed boxes. After finishing work 3 hours ago, I have managed to:

Unpack one of the aforementioned and...
put half the contents into another box.

For those of you like me who aren't great with numbers, I have consulted a calculator and scientific ascertained that I now have four half-packed boxes.

At this rate, I'll be ready to move out on 23rd April 2006.

packing sucks! In addition - having sod all to do at school all day and no time to pack in the evenings is also very stressful.
4 half packed boxes are better than no packed boxes. You're getting there!

I'm proud of myself. I've just put all of my DVDs in a box.

I can admit that I only have 3.

Yup, then you'll be able to join in the slagging off of brown tape that double backs on itself, the tiny spaces in between the big stuff which you can't fill to name but a few annoying things about packing.

I have blogged 10 times in the past hour. Someone save me.
