Farewell Devon
Firstly, sayonara, Dyson! I will miss you, my friend. You have helped me through the tough times when I was unemployed and wondering if I would ever get a job. You were always there for me. Thank you.

I've had a really busy few days. On Thursday I drove to Southampton with a carload of my stuff to pick up more stuff from my uncle's of mine. When Paul met me in front of the estate agents to pick of the keys, he promptly started to piss himself laughing as he saw me wedged into the drivers seat.
After hastily moving in, I had to run into town to meet up with some friends I had made whilst on the Trans-Sib. It was so cool to meet up. Although we'd only known each other for a total of 10 days max, there was the same feeling as when you meet up with your old uni mates or mates from JET. There was the same feeling of solidarity and shared experience, though of course, our shared experiences were packed into a few days and involved mainly drinking and stupid games on a train.
Then yesterday I had a crazy day of driving back here to Devon. For someone who doesn't particularly enjoy driving and who doesn't drive that much, 10 hours is three days is a lot, and by the last hour, my hip joint was in excruciating pain. How old am I?!
After sleeping for 9 glorious hours, I'm about to get ready to get on a train and start my new life. I will be penniless and tired most of the time but at least I'll be able to blog about more than lightbulbs.
Public transport: fan-bloody-tastic!
